Here at Sacred Earth Sanctuary we understand that life can be unpredictable and things come up causing for schedule changes. We pride ourselves on working with individuals no matter what the circumstances. With this being said, there are general guidelines when it comes to the cancellations of reservations and the refunds related to them. Please ensure you familiarize yourself and have an understanding of these guidelines. For cancellations of 45 days or more prior to the scheduled ceremony, Sacred Earth Sanctuary will provide a full refund of any provided payment. If preferred, there is the opportunity to reschedule for a future date.

 

For cancellations between 45 and 30 days prior to the scheduled ceremony, a refund of half of the payment will be provided. The other half of the donation will be utilized as a credit towards a future ceremony.

 

For cancellations within 30 days or less of the scheduled ceremony, a refund, unfortunately, will not be provided. We will, however, ensure that half of the payment be utilized as a credit towards a future ceremony. The other half of the payment will be donated to Sacred Earth Sanctuary.

For cancellations due to serious illness or emergency, a member must reschedule to a later date within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days, the opportunity to reschedule will be void, and your payment will be donated to Sacred Earth Sanctuary.
